I have had THE most miserable experience with Kodaks "frustramor" service dept, hiding somewhere in the pit of Calcuttas slave labor district. The esp 7 I ordered direct became an enormous waste of time and money. I tried to return it and they refused, would only send a "refurb", which came without a print head! More time wasted which cost me more than the damn worthless printer cost($200). Finally I gave up on this FORMER high quality American bedrock company and bought this HP 8500 for $200! This machine is 20 times the quality of the rinky dink undependable Kadak ESP 7. It saved me NO money on ink and caused me great consternation for several months. Kodak FINALLY sent the printer head which I repackaged with the refurb, along with about $75 of spare in karts, sealed it in a plastic bad. Someday I will either Craigslist it or donate it to some organization who need one. It has all the original manuals and it is supposed to be "like new" under the refurb program so its essentially a "new" ESP 7.
So far this HP product works very well, prints 2 sides, collates, prints pix and has a large paper tray (250 pages), it also scans and even makes my coffee for me each morning!Get more detail about HP Officejet Pro 8500 All-in-One Printer.
